Member was sworn in, he has not had an opportunity to sit at the Constituency YEDF Committee. I think there is a question that needs to be addressed locally in that particular constituency. That is because every hon. Member is a member of the constituency YEDF committee through his or her nominee. I would advise the hon. Member to consult his constituency youth officer so that he gets that corrected."}
