I do not think the Government can resist it. I want to plead with the Minister and, particularly, with the Assistant Minister, who is here now, to support this Motion and fast-track it. Bring the law here so that we can be able to enact it. If not, the hon. Member of Parliament, whose intention is to bring a Bill, must be supported by all of us so that, at least, the Bill is fast-tracked in support of our councillors."}
