This is a process that is done in countries like Malaysia, Djibouti and Rwanda. They go ahead and invite investors who have substantial investment that would spur economic development. I can assure the House that if there is any investor in the world today with US$350 million and a project that will create employment and improve our economy, then we will be ready to give that investor even more than 90 acres of land."}
