We have instructed both the Commissioner of Police and the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) to investigate this matter and interrogate all the officials and other persons involved. I think that is as far as we can go. We have provided all the necessary information in our hands. If I had powers of arrest, myself, I would have arrested these people. However, we have to leave the work of investigation to the investigation agency. My friends will remember that I was at home for nine months allegedly for interfering with corruption investigations. I do not have intentions of going back again!"}
