I know that this is the issue that is making hon. Members feel very uncomfortable. I can confirm that from the United States of America Department of Agriculture point of view--- They actually refer to \"the NCPB as the axis of evil\" within the parastatal sector. Therefore, I have reason to believe that the Minister for Agriculture is going to take decisive action, so that Kenyans can see an anti-corruption action taken by the Government."}
