I want to know from the Assistant Minister what plans he has for those district hospitals. My district hospital, for example, in Manga District, does not even have a clinical officer and yet, it is a district hospital. It has no facilities! Could the Assistant Minister give us a time frame within this year when he will ensure that all the district hospitals in the country have got either doctors or facilities to serve our people?"}
