I did indicate that the Committee had very serious discussions on this issue, and I gave the reasons. That is not misleading the House. So, I demand that the Assistant Minister withdraws his allegation that I am misleading the House, because I am not misleading the House. The Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs has not suggested anything to that effect. I do not know where Mr. Githae got it from. I have indicated where it came from, and given the reasons informing the recommendations contained in these Draft Standing Orders."}
