Members, I wish to introduce to you, and welcome this afternoon a delegation from the National Assembly of Sierra Leone, who are seated at the Speaker's Row. They are:- Hon. Nuru Deen Sankoh Yillah - All Peoples Congress and the leader of the delegation; 3734 hon. Kande C. Bangura - All People's Congress; hon. Mathew S. Nyuma - Sierra Leone's People's Party; hon. Alice Foyah - Sierra Leone's People's Party; hon. Shiaka M. Sama - People's Movement for Democracy and Change and hon. Samba Bindi Hindowa - Paramount Chief. The delegation is accompanied by Mr. Abraham K. Sella, a Principal Clerk of Committees. They have been in the country since yesterday, on a study tour, to learn and share experiences on establishing a Parliamentary Strategic Plan. The objectives of the plan, including the outcomes of a strategic management cycle within Parliament, the process for developing a plan and to extract lessons learnt during the visit. The study tour is being organised with support from the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and the National Assembly of Kenya. The delegation leaves the country on Wednesday, 3rd December, 2008. On behalf of the House, and on my own behalf, I wish the delegation a happy stay in Kenya."}
