(1) If the Commission Secretary does not consider it reasonably possible that a complaint may be conciliated successfully; or has attempted unsuccessfully to conciliate the complaint, he or she shall notify the complainant and the respondent in writing and the Commission. (2) Within sixty days after receiving a notice under sub-section (1), the complainant, by written notice, may require the Commission to set down the complaint for hearing. (3) If the complaint does not notify the Commission under sub-section (2), the Commission may dismiss the complaint and the complainant may take no further action under this Act in relation to the subject matter of the complaint."}
