Since then, the conditions have improved and as the hon. Member has just said, I believe that the Ministry of State for Special Programmes should be coming up with an option of encouraging them to come back home. I believe the country is much more peaceful now and they will be welcomed. To a large extent, we believe that this will be good for the country and them."}
