My apologies to the House because there is nobody from the Ministry of Lands. The only Ministry I was aware that it was not ready this morning is the Ministry of Transport, because they are saying that the Order Paper was not taken to their Ministry; therefore, they were not in a position to prepare answers. Unfortunately, or fortunately, for them, both hon. Members are not able to ask the Questions today. However, I think it is important that I point that out so that the Clerk's Department will ensure that Ministries get Order Papers in time."}
