To my brother Dr. Khalwale, I wish to indicate that even if the Fourth Schedule is non-existent, if you look at Clause 27A, it says:- \"---without prejudice to the powers vested in the organs of the review.\" There are other clauses of the Review Bill, for example Clauses 21 and 27. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to end by thanking the hon. Members and saying that the Bill will work as it is, and that the consensus-building that has been reflected in the dropping of the Fourth Schedule is indicative of the way forward in this process."}
