So, I will also urge hon. Members that when it comes to the budget of the Ministry of Medical Services, it should be given a high priority. When we look at our budget, we see that it cannot be used to do all these things at once. However, as a Ministry, we have actually “possibilized” the impossible with very little resources that we have been getting from the Treasury, and which have always been passed by this very House."}
