I have a letter from his own constituency, by the District Commissioner (DC), telling us that \"Muruka Sublocation will be created to enable us have another sublocation in the name of Kiranga.\" If I can get minutes, asking the Office of the President to split Muruka to have another location in the name of Kiranga, then we can consider such a request. However, as I speak, we have minutes asking us to create a sublocation in the name of Kiranga."}
