I was able to get a handbook giving the details of compensation for those who die on duty or those who have disability. I wish to lay on the Table the handbook manual for my friend, Mr. Affey, to peruse. It is titled: Death and Disability Claims Processing for Military and Police Personnel in United Nations Peace Keeping Operations. Mr. Speaker, Sir, when I go through this booklet, it only talks about death and disability. It does not compensate those who disappear. For death and disability, there is a compensation of up to US$50,000 based on the American Medical Association Guide to evaluation of permanent impairment. I wish to table the manual here for my friend to peruse."}
