(a) I am aware of the shortage of 167 secondary school teachers in Koibatek District. The 1752 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 10, 2008 district is, however, over-staffed by 63 teachers at primary school level. It is true that Uhuru- Kabiyet Secondary School has two TSC-employed teachers. (b) Koibatek District will be considered for the shortage at secondary school-level alongside other under-staffed areas in the country during this year's recruitment of teachers. Uhuru- Kabiyet Secondary School will, therefore, be given priority based on the curriculum-based establishment."}
