Going by the pace of the Ministry of Education, and the paces of many other Ministries, this country will take a long time to ease the staffing shortage in the key sectors affecting Kenyans. There is no shortage in every part of the country. There are some areas which are over-staffed. What plans does the Minister have to move teachers from over-staffed areas and re-distribute them to areas which have serious shortages?"}
