I am wondering whether the House can actually proceed to debate the Motion as amended. I have several reasons that I want to seek your guidance over. One, I see the Motion as amended by Mr. Imanyara. At the end of the Motion, it is saying: \"The President has given his assent to this Motion\", which is not true. So, the Motion is telling a lie as it were! It has not been approved!"}
