We need to be very careful. As a country, let us pass laws, not because we are being forced because of our economic circumstance, but because it is necessary for the well-being of our people. Mr. Speaker, Sir, in conclusion, I wish to say that we should all support this Bill. Let us refine it by moving amendments to it where necessary. This will go a long way towards improving economic governance in Kenya. With those few remarks, I beg to support."}
