I believe that the Leader of Government Business, Prime Minister-designate and Ministers who are here, and who will also be involved in the selection of Committee Members, will take cognisance of the fact that, that is a weighty issue. The Chair has no authority to instruct them on when to form the Committees. But they will take note of that. But the Chair will give a ruling on those two weighty issues on Thursday, 17th April, 2008, in the afternoon."}
