The proposed amendment of the new proviso is quite long. Like I said before, having just the original Bill for reference is very difficult to understand it. We do not have the redrafted version by the Attorney-General's office. So, it is very difficult for us to understand. It will be nice if the Minister would explain to us the import of this amendment, so that when we make a decision, we are clear about it."}
