Secondly, a contractor was awarded the contract to construct the road between Kesses and 4464 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 16, 2007 Lessos one-and-a-half years ago. The road is only 12 kilometres long and so far, only a half of the work has been done. What action will the Assistant Minister take against this contractor?"}
