Order! Order, hon. Members! There is really no cause to be excited! I have been following all these proceedings. It is, indeed, my duty to guide the House on procedure. It is, in fact, my full responsibility! I cannot understand why hon. Members think that when the Speaker has to give a ruling in this House--- I hear Mr. Cheboi got so agitated about it! I think you had better relax! The Chair is there to give guidance to the House. I will do that to the best of my ability, in the best interest of this House and to the best interest of my country, which I love very much. I hope all of you will join me in loving Kenya.
