Therefore, given the circumstances and the importance of this matter, would I be in order to request the Chair to refer this matter to the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology, and give them a timeframe of three weeks to report back to this House because it is clear that the Minister is between a rock and a hard place? I am seeking the directive of the Chair!"}
