First, it was found prudent by Exim Bank that Phase I should be implemented, then measure its performance and see the implementation process before we approve Phase II. On the second question about the money, as I said, the aid amount was US$48 million. The current project in Phase I cost US$24 million. Consequently, as I speak, the approved amount is US$24 million. However, it would be unwise for me to state a figure here that is on an ongoing negotiation and give ourselves away, when we could easily get less than what I will state here."}
