(a) I am aware that the Kalyambeu Drift, which was started in 2006, has not been completed to date. (b) The delay was occasioned by inadequate funds for the project in 2005/2006. (c) The Ministry has plans to complete this drift by the end of November this year. The completion works are programmed to start by 1st October this year."}
