The objectives of this Bill is to provide for the prevention, detection, investigation, criminalisation and punishment of organised crime; to provide for the recovery of the proceeds of the organised crime group activities; to provide for international co-operation and mutual legal assistance and to provide for matters incidental and connected therewith.
