I could be more familiar to this than the Assistant Minister, having worked in the Provincial Administration. So, I am convinced that this officer followed the right procedure. It is only the Assistant Minister who, for some strange reasons, is denying the officer a chance to serve this country. Is he in order to continue misleading this House that this officer did not appeal?"}
