My good friend Silas read Section 57 which says we must act in the best interest of the child. A child’s best interests are of paramount importance in every matter concerning the child. This is about child education. Section 43(1)(f) says that every person has a right to education. If the Constitution commands each and every one of us who is a State officer – in fact every citizen of the Republic – to do what is in the best interest of a child, let us take this matter where it belongs - to the Principals."}
