That is a chorus by the Ministry. What are the priorities? If they supply drugs to hospitals they know that people die. What are the priorities of the Ministry if they cannot build a mortuary and a theatre? Could he tell us exactly what the priorities of the Ministry are? They went and built a health facility and they did not provide those necessary facilities, yet people die!"}
