Therefore, now that I have said, and I repeat it once again, that we do not know where the documents are, the only last route that I have is to institute investigations. Therefore, we shall call upon the relevant arms of the Government, either Criminal Investigations Department or Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission to pursue that matter, so that we know where the documents are. Otherwise, on the issue of the former Minister being in custody of those documents--- Now that they have categorically also denied that they do not know where the documents are, I withdraw. I will go ahead and institute investigations."}
