My understanding is that Recurrent Expenditure should relate to items whose lifespan or shelf-life does not exceed one year. I can see there items including general equipment, whose lifespan, I believe, would exceed one financial year. Could I have some clarification as to why these were not reflected under the Development Expenditure."}
