The sub judice rule is a very central rule in the operation of the House. The Speaker must be satisfied that, as a matter of fact, there is a case pending before court, between what parties and that it touches on the particular Question. I am not satisfied, to date, that there is actually a case pending before court. There may be an investigation, but I am not satisfied that there is a case pending before court."}
