Notwithstanding universities, in every village, there are mushrooming computer colleges. I know that is not in the Question. On a wider scope, there are mushrooming driving schools and that is why we are having quite a number of road accidents. However, what is the Assistant Minister doing to curb the mushrooming of all these colleges within the country, so that we can have some standards?"}
