From the outset, I want to thank the Minister for bringing to the House quite a number of labour laws. They are long overdue. I want to thank him very sincerely for a job well done. I know that a number of hon. Members have contributed to this Bill, and I want to be very brief, and just point out some of the main issues that I think should be addressed. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in the preliminary part, Clause 3, on collective agreement, page 327, it reads as follows:- \"Collective agreement means an agreement concerning any terms and conditions of employment made in writing between a trade union and an employer, group of employers or organisation of employers.\" I find that a bit deficient in that, normally, collective agreements become binding when they are registered with the Industrial Court.
