The Attorney-General has the power to terminate and re-charge with murder. That is what I wanted to assure you. But I would also like you to understand that I have to be away until early June, attending a meeting of International Law Commission, to which I was elected by the General Assembly of the United Nations in November, last year. So, even before I come back, most likely action will have been taken on your file; may be even before you go home this weekend."}
