Quite frankly, we have continuously demeaned the office or even the person of the Vice- President; by Ministers continuously not coming to the House and the Chair being forced to ask him to act like a messenger! I think it is wrong. It is the duty of every Minister to come to duty and perform that task. Anyhow, I hope they listen to that."}
