It is not a question of submitting an application. Could the Minister clarify why she cannot get an identity card now because I think the explanation is the opposite of what the Minister is saying? At the age of 21 if she does not denounce the other citizenship; she automatically loses Kenyan citizenship and not the reverse of what the Minister has said."}
