I applied for the licence on a Monday. I followed up the issue on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Late Friday afternoon, I was given 1064 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES May 2, 2007 permission to hold a public rally not where I had asked for, but in a social hall. Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead this House when I had given him five days notice and he gave me a room which could not contain the number of people that I expected to address?"}
