We have a health facility that has a capacity of up to 200 beds. The Assistant Minister has said that he plans to build another 36-bed ward, when we have a hospital with a 200-bed capacity. What would be the rationale of constructing a 32-bed ward, when we have a hospital with over 200-bed capacity? All that the facility needs is an X-ray equipment and a theatre and it will serve the entire province."}
