Many Government officers would not like to hear about variations because that is where they make a lot of money. We must legislate a law that requires all contracts not to be varied by more than 10 per cent to 15 per cent. That initiative must come from the Government, which preaches zero-tolerance to corruption. I was very impressed when His Excellency the President talked about our oversight committees. He said that they have done a very good job. But he failed to mention that the Government has been unable to act on the same reports. I wish that, in the next Budget Speech, the Minister for Finance--- It is from the Treasury that we are supposed to get Treasury memorandums showing what the Government has done with the various reports. We should get such a report. It is only fair that the Treasury acts on the various reports. With those few remarks, I beg to support."}
