Gikonyo, for Registrar- General, dated 13th April, 2007. In fact, the Registrar says:- \"The latest records filed in this Registry notification of directors, dated 2nd April, 2005 and filed on 12th September, 2005, indicates the following persons as the directors and their particulars---\" That is all there is contained in the letter. So, the position as far as the Registrar is concerned is as brought forward. The Clerk may have that letter."}
