I was talking about the issue of the contract for the construction of customs houses at Loitokitok which was awarded at a tender sum of Kshs44 million. By the time they were over, the contractor was demanding more than Kshs1.4 billion. I was just saying that this is one of those cases where there is a collusion and the tender sum is completely immaterial. Eventually, the intention is to use those projects to fleece the Government. The Government needs to take a thorough audit of particularly two departments: One, the Office of the Attorney-General.
