The Government provided a Draft Constitution and, according to the law, it put it to a referendum, and Kenyans rejected it. In that Draft Constitution was a provision for dual citizenship, and that is what the substantive answer I have given has said. So, acquisition of dual citizenship has nothing to do with the Government, but is a matter tied to the constitutional review process, which we have to finalise if we want to have dual citizenship in this country."}
