This would be able to serve Zimmerman Estate with a sewer line and related treatment works. The hon. Member is aware that Zimmerman is on a kind of trough, and that it is not possible to connect it to the main sewer trunk of the Nairobi City Council. So, I am not able to give the time frame at the moment, but once funds are availed we shall commence the work. I must also mention that the hon. Member is aware that Zimmerman Estate residents have constructed high rise buildings in an area that does not deserve such development. This was a historical mistake by the former city fathers. I will, therefore, seek the indulgence of the hon. Member to understand the problem. I can only assure him that at the moment, water is safe, and he is aware that we are actually fixing the pipes."}
