(a) The funds allocated for the construction of Road C29, Siaya-Usonga, and Road C28, Rang'ala-Siaya-Bondo, have been used for the payment of the designs. (b) It is confirmed that the designs for the two roads were undertaken and completed at a cost of Kshs36,950,515.24. (c) The construction of Owimbi-Luanda Kotieno section of Road C29 is ongoing at a contract sum of Kshs1,048,472,915. The construction of the remaining sections of Roads C28 and C29 is expected to commence in the next financial year."}
