I want to seek your guidance. I can see that we are doing the Estimates of Recurrent and Development Expenditures for the year ending 30th June, 2012. However, when I look at the figures, they do not quite appear to match what we had expected. Is this a new procedure which I am not particularly familiar with or indeed is it half of the expenditure that we are about to approve?"}
