I had 292 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES April 3, 2007 filed a similar Question. The Ministry is not the best placed to deal with that problem. I would like to request that this Question be referred to the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources. A lot of money was spent through the Lake Victoria Environmental Management Programme (LVEMP), which is dealing with the water hyacinth."}
