We should not even be begging you to withdraw and apologise. I just felt that I almost did the dishonourable thing, but she stood her ground, by asking her to name the person. You do not continue to say something about a colleague that you cannot substantiate. The rules are very clear. You have to bring a substantive Motion to discuss that kind of character, if you do actually name a person who is an hon. Member of this House. That is why people call you hon. Members. Eng.
