I may not be certain about the starting point of the Motion, because I do not know how long the Committee of the whole House will take on the two Bills. On the conclusion of the Committee of the whole House and Order No.9, I will call upon the Leader of Government Business to move a Motion of Adjournment which will continue for a maximum of three hours, or until a time when the House decides to curtail it."}
